Hi, I'm Yassine Sakkaf
I spent 14+ years in Executive Search and Talent Acquisition, leading senior and C-level recruitment across the UAE and globally. I built teams for Fortune 500s and regional giants, finalising over 700+ successful placements. I've reviewed thousands of CVs, led hiring strategy and sat on executive panels, so I know exactly how decisions are made, and why great candidates get ignored even when they tick every box.
